ACCEL 74047 Old Part #?

A guy I know was thinking about purchasing one. I checked the Accel catalog online and didn't find any mention of this part number. It is being sold as a LT1 compatible system here http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-cg...item=600703114

Can anyone:
a) Tell me if it was a valid Accel part #
b) Let me know what the applications are listed as
c) Let me know if this was only for the HEI systems or if it was avail. for Optispark?

Yes I looked in to that to it is for an lt1 and it has to have the optisparc ignition set up it will not Work with the HEI
