Do you guys think that a tpis magnum prom is worth the money or should i look elsewhere? I'm looking at a stage 3,
No it is not. There is no way that they can get it right through the mail. For that kind of money you should seriously check out the DIY-PROM board. Burning your own is the only way to get it right and if its not right its slow.
