Why aren't my fuel trim cells changing?

Why aren't my fuel trim cells changing?
Well I just read the post about the BLM cell boundries and it got me thinking, my datamaster program never shows the fuel trim cell changing it always is in the #4 cell I have the VSS working properly and everything else seems fine, but it's always in #4. If someone can give me some guidance, or hopefuly some answers I would really aprecate it. Thanks.
