Hello everyone,
My question: Are spark counts good or bad? I have them in the
2200rpm/ maf32=1sprk ct
3200rpm/maf32=5 sprk ct
4400rpm/maf192=5 sprk ct

Spark counts are knocks. You can try running really high octane, and retarding your timing, and see if it goes away. If its still knocking its probably false knock from something.
My car was pinging like crazy, the only thing that would stop it was 94 octane, i finally tracked it down to a slipped distributor, i was at like 13-14 degrees adavnced. I set it back to 6, and i can run 89 no problem.
