I've had good results setting to 25.2 lb/hr and running 44psi at the rail w/ the vac line removed and capped. Should be a good starting place, you can get ALDL data to fine-tune it.

Be prepared to "play with it" a little.

Though it is "nice" to have your Injector Constant set to it's rated flow, there is no rule that it MUST match it's rated flow. I prefer to work with my VE tables having no more than 90 and preferably 85 as it's highest value and then adjusting the Injector Constant and balance of the VE table to match.

Also, it is possible that the injectors don't flow what they are suppose to. If you have a maximum of 85-90 as your "peak" VE value and you find your Injector Constant varies by more than 5%, it could be due to the injectors not flowing what they are suppose to. Right now I am dealing with a situation where some SVO 24# don't seem to be flowing as much as my stock GM 22#s. $hit happens.

My situation is a set of FMS 24 pounders that need an injector constant of 27 just to get the BLM's off the floor and the gas smell out of the exhaust. Running stock pressure (42-48) with vacuum connected. Beginning to suspect a leaking 9th injector, since cell 0 is still much more rich than the others.

I too just installed the SVO 24s in my 91 GTA. I changed the injector constant to 26 and that threw things way out of whack. My Highway mode is doing strange things. I scanned it with the Moates software and got very unexpcted results. Before I switched injectors I had managed to get the VE map very stable at 128 in many different conditions. I knew my injectors were flakey though because every so often my tune would go rich or I would even have problems starting my car. I switched injectors and now when you start the car it winds up to 1500 and the VE tables are on at higher RPMS and off at lower RPMS. I assumed changing the injector constant would either make it lean across the board or rich across the board. I am not looking foward to burning another series of chips if these injectors do indeed have different characteristics. I set the injector setting at 24 and things looked improved. I wonder if I set it back to 22 if it will work again?
