Changes to timing tbles when supercharged?

Well I just had to have more power!
Just wondering (and I know each app. is different!!) in general-what ya'll have found when going SC. Did you have to back off the timing substantially at high load/rpm? And what about "cruise" conditions with low boost? Leave it the same initially?
I'll be running the older paxton (6psi) sc in the carroll kit with water inj.-thinking of a second prom for without water inj. with less timing-thoughts?
Thanks for any input! New to boost-but looking forward to it!
Oh yea-the sy ty ecms-would they work in an 86 vette? Vats, tc etc? Otherwise I guess it's cluege it with an fmu....but close tabs with my wideband!

Less timing, an easy comparison is at 7 PSI of boost an 8:1 compression ratio engine will behave more like a 12:1 engine.

Forget the FMY get the right injectors and run the right code.

If it means switching to a 1227749, then just do it and get it over with. If you have a MAF car and want to stick with it, plan on lots of time getting the MAF calibration right.
