How much timing do you run with AFR heads?

Ok, I know this is more complex than "run 38 degrees at WOT for afr heads. " I am looking for a comparison to stock heads. Are the combustion chambers more efficient and like less timing? Vice versa? I am asking this b/c I believe that if I set the VE tables before timing I will have to repeat the VE tables. Thanks in advance.

I got an email from Ski_dwn_it today, he has the same combo as I (w/ AFR 190's), he's running 36 degrees total timing right now.

I thought that car wouldn't bust into the 13s. And a stock vette should run 14.2 or so. Maybe I remember incorrectly.

He ran 12.9 @ 103 on the run that his tranny popped. His Pro-Built should be installed any day.
