Is this possible?

I was wondering if it is possible to program the chip to pass emmissions....and removing the cats? I have the CM addapter and was thinking of trying this? IF so, where should i start?

I thought this would be an interesting topic!

There are a host of factors.
Sniff test or IM 240?.
Modes done to the car.
No cat can get a visual fail.
etc, etc.

Lots of clean running hotrods get tested anually, and pass. But you have to give up the too rich, and too much timing ideas of how to tune to get them to pass.
