I am about to start EPROM burning and I have a pretty simple question: What do I do with this EPROM socket holder thing?

I doubt the EPROM will fit in the burner with that thing on it, and it likely won't be erased properly, either. I think my real Q is, when I track down some spare 2732s, should I insert them into this holder before putting them on my ECM or should I not bother?

Nobody knows what this is??? I don't believe that!
Come on guys, it's the standard TBI EPROM socket...what do I do with it? Pry the 2732 out to erase/program then shove it back in for testing? Or is there a better way?

Yep, pop it out. If you squeeze it on the sides, then it'll come out a little easier.

Or you could convert to Flash memory...
