HP gains after reprogramming

I know there is no set number and it will be different depending on the programming but I was just wondering what kind of HP and ET gains people are getting from reprogramming their own chip.

The real issue is getting 100% from your car. depending on the base line and how good it is determines how much HP you can add to it.

Then the other issue is drivibility, depending on your driving style there is alot of room to improve on how GM thinks all it's owners drive.

I have gotten 30 mpg and will see about .3 sec and 3-8mph diff.But results vary.Like grumpy said you get increased drivabiliy.When part throttle is tuned your engine runs so much better.
