Help with data scan results

Ok,

I've been reading all of info for the last few months and now i'm sitting down to figure out how all this works, i have a couple questions...

my setup is the 730 speed density, im running 180cc pro action heads, 218/218 w/540 lift and a super ram, 24lb injectors...

i posted awhile back about what to run for an inital setup and a couple guys posted to cut the fuel 15%.. well i just fired it up with the hypertech stage II chip just to see if it would run and i think any leaner and id be in trouble...

it idles fairly well started instantly initially after the rebuild, running open headers so its louder then anything, getting the exaust welded up this week, also need to change the injector constant, maybe thats why its running lean. Also check the fuel pressure, was around 40 psi when i first checked it not running...

right now im sadly disapointed in the midrange and low, it feels pretty weak and doesnt break them lose until like 4 grand, up high it screams pretty good though, kicks in farley well could use a bit more gas maybe...

my questions are as follows... (im using :hail: craigh moates :hail: software to do all my scanning)

1) what should a typical WOT TPS voltage be around ( Mine hits around 4.4 volts open and .6 closed)

2) there is a combination of two different BLM values (BLM Cell Number,BLM or coarse fuel correction) what do each of them mean, like the blm on my scans can go from 128 to 160 just by touching the throttle I thought it should be alot slower progression, or has it established that there are no values that it can learn and it just throws the biggest fuel pulse it can

3) blms under 128 represent rich and above 128 represent lean?

4) which flag do you disable the egr- code 32 ? would that throw anything off, i currently dont have it connected cause the heads dont have a riser provision

5) what should the oxygen sensor values revolve around.. mine seem low at around 400mv and drop to like 100 when you get on it around 2grand... low rating would mean very lean right

6) also have to set the timing, its probably at 0 right now, what would be good..6 btdc, should i change anything in the chip as well

7) where should i set my fuel pressure at, would 45 psi be a good starting point

8) is there anything weird with my log file.. it got progressively leaner as i drove it seems... this is normal right as it was running out of blms and it was adjusting them... i couldnt sit there and hold the car at the different rpms but will try that once i get a bit more gas in the car and the exaust on, the neighbors already wanna lynch me, would that be a good way to tune cause there will be not much load on the car cause im mainly looking for MAP vs RPM right

log file for today - http://www.northernspeed.com/dj.csv

any input would be greatly appreciated! thanks

Dj
