WOT parameters?
Hi...
Becaurse you "only" can tune WOT with the PE/rpm table, how does the ecm control pulse width at WOT in the 165 ECM. Is there a "hidden" pre-programmed table of load/rpm inj.pulse?
Does this "table" consider the inj.contant you put in the .bin ( so if you increase inj. const the ECM will shorten the width) or how does it work?
And how about the 730ecm how does the WOT fuel controlling work there? is it only in the VE tables or?
Just curious how things work.....

When at WOT the code still uses the MAF input. Same with a SD system, the VE table (based on MAP input) is still used. The difference is that the commanded AFR is changed and closed loop & learning is disabled.
In closed loop the commanded AFR is typically 14.7:1. In open loop it may be anywhere from 9:1 to 16:1 (typically). In WOT mode the commanded AFR will be lowered to enrich the mixture.
