painless wiring from 730 to 749???

Does anyone know if the painless wiring kit for map tpi's would be able to be repinned for 749 use without any flaws???? Or would using a factory wiring harness run with less headaches. I have read of people repinning factory 730 ecm wiring to use the 749 ecm, but I dont think anyone has tried it with any other wiring harness?? some input is really appreciated, thanks!!!!

Most likely. As long as the Painless harness has all the needed connections you should be able to repin. If you're going to buy a harness why don't you just buy one setup for the 749 ECM?

I guess i never really thought of that. my plan was to run a 730 n\a until i felt comfortable with tuning, then switch to the 749.
