VE master question???

i finally got my laptop, datamaster, and VE master.... so i now im tuning my car just by driving it....atleast i thought i was.

the only parts of my VE tables that are changing are from 40-55 KPA and from 400-900 rpm. is this because im not using a torque converter lockup switch? or am i doing something else wrong? i drive on all kinds of hills and stuff. one more thing, imi not using a stock bin, im using one from a freinds car that was slightly modified, should i go back to a completely stock .bin and start from there?

thanks alot for any help...
