idle knock (7730)

looking for advice how to turn off knock retard for 7730. Getting 4-6 degrees at idle. No other knock. Once off idle its zero. Running pretty aggressive timing table except for idle ,tried running under 20 and still had knock.

How can I turn off the retard for idle.
I see the 2 fields. one for PE mode and the other for KPA.

My setup is agreesive. 383 solid roller. So it does have some noise to it.

Thanks
Dennis

This parameter will do what you want:

Code:
L820A:  FCB     68      ; 850 RPM, IF >= ENAB KNOCK
                        ; ARG = RPM/12.5

Thanks Rob,
I asusume I can change teh 850 to 11 or 1200rpm.

I have never adjusted the true source code. I take it I would need tunercats bin editor??

Thanks
Dennis
