New FAQ for EFI new users

We put up a new page to help our EFI customers get their basic questions answered. take a look at it at http://xtronics.com/memory/efi_ecu_faq.htm

If we are missing something let us know and if there are other links for EFI ROM editing software (for any brand of car) let us know.

EPROMS are used in everything -(Next week I should write a FAQ on EPROMS in Industrial controllers) and I mean everything and we are not EFI experts, but we are tyring to support the efi folks the best we can. If there are links or other info we should add to the page please let us know so the 'other guy' can get his car to do what he wants.

Customer Service Isn't Dead!

Kudos to Xtronics once again! I ordered my Pocket Programmer II a couple of weeks ago based on their quick customer response on this site to fix problems with updated XP Professional problems.

They are sharp business folks with the added benefit of caring about their customers. They've recognized a growing market for their product in the EFI crowd, and are really gearing customer support and infomation to help us out. Nothing works better than a Win, Win relationship.

Thanks for the link! I found some stuff through there for a project that a friend is working on. (Non GM....Honda.....Unless I can talk him into using a 749 on his turbo'd Honda!!!)
