no start / hot start / long arap start

Well I dont know if this will work for all but i have been having a major starting problem with my vortec headed 350 maf 24#inj setup for 2 years now, it didnt want to start cold or hot without aid of starting spray, so after many proms and bullsheet fixes i ended up ordering a carb and intake , well low and behold i figured after a 12 pack of cold ones that maybe ill give my poor excuse for prom burning just one last try and low and behold ill tell you what i did, Now my setup wanted fuel at startup so i went into CRANK FUEL PW VS TPS and set the multiplier for 0 % TPS from 1 to 2 , well low and behold i was stunned to watch the car fire right up only after about 2 cranks, well i couldnt believe it so i slapped myself silly and let the car warm up and started at different temps, HOLY COW ! its starting without a case of the juice! Anyhow I do not believe myself to be a expert prom burner by any means but if this can help anyone out of the situation i was in for 2 years, well have at it!
Good luck to all !
Noe

FWIW - this has been covered in detail on this board on a number of occasions. I just did a search to find the info and found it without a problem. Did you try searching the board before ordering the carb?
