165 computer adapter and EEProm question

This is what I have right now:

Pocket Programmer 2
TunerPro 3.04

What I want to do is use the EEProm chip for programming. My computer (165) has the Eprom in the memcal and what I want to do is reprogram a new chip with the eeprom(because I don't want to have to mess around with the eraser).

So my question is how can I do this easily and end up with a memcal (w/eeprom) that I can just plug back into the computer? I read about Moates adapter but it looks like in the end the memcal is not used anymore. Maybe I'm missing something there.

Nope, backwards. The Memcal is still used, its the prom chip on the calpack that you are "doing away with". With his adaptor, the basic info (limp home, engine size, etc) is still used (it is contained on the 2 smaller chips).
