help!

i posted this in my regional forum and i didnt really get a response but is there anyway in the north texas area that knows how to do prom tuning? im planning to have to nice mods on my LO3 and i dont know how to do it so i was hoping if someone could help me. i was informed that there is a guy in houston that will do a good job but he never responded to my PM. one last question, if i install an LT1 cam could i even drive the car down to houston before having it tuned or will the car even run at all?

THE TUNING session involves (for me) data logging about 20 miles or so over varied rpm/map, preferably a level surface, and first then a burn, then data log again, reburn on and on. i think i have 20-25 dataloggings and burns since 7/1/03. i would think an afternoon will get you reasonably close.
