Wide Band Stability at WOT?

I just logged some WOT blasts with my Aussie WB and Justins logger. Although the car is generally a tad rich, my concern/question is the stability of the AFR in the log. When I get up over 4000 RPM the AFR fluxuates from a low of about 11 to a high of about 14. The arithmetic mean of the log looks to be in the 12 range but that much change from sample to sample kinda makes me think something is amiss. I'm pretty sure Justin's logger does not do any filtering or smoothing.

My question is for you folks who use a WB on a regular basis. What is a reasonable expectation of AFR stability? What are you guys seeing? I attache a screen dump to show you what I'm seeing.
