TunerCat Updates

Hey guys,

I wanted to say the TunerCats folks are fast and responsive.
Just emailed a request for updates.
The updates arrived in about 5 minutes.

These folks do a great job. They deserve MY business.

While they make a buck or two, they've been around since day one, and have supported the DIY effort for the whole time. Unlike those only looking to make a buck. For TC it's mostly just a hobby, from what I gather. He does have a day job, so at times it might take a while, and I heard once that he took a vacation a couple years ago.....
But, yes, he's one of the good guys.

iIwill also give a big thumbs up to TC

They have always been quick and responsive to my questions and requests.

IE I recently asked them about how the open loop tables work in conjunction with the crank and startup tables. Not only did they answer my question, but they gave me the formula to calculate the AFR for open loop! AND they gave me 2 more tables to play with in the $6E tdf that I use, without even asking them!

With the LM1 WB that I finally got working, it is proving it's worth! So much you can do with open loop, and highway mode. No more guessing at the AFR!

I must also add my 2 cents. TC has excellent customer support and is very kind to his customers. Its just too bad that there are not more companies out there like him!

Thanks TC!

Yeah, TC is great to deal with. Fast response times and friendly too. They make DIY proms easier to do.

I also agree on the customer service thing. I had a question about an error I was getting and within 24 hours they sent me an updated ECM library file and instructions to install it. Bottom line.... Problem solved within 24 hours. They get a gold star from me!
