What is this chip? (see picture)

I bought an 86 IROC last October and it had an extra chip in the center console. The previous owner (original) said that it was a performance chip but he didn't like it so he put the other one back in.

Can anyone identify this chip?

A quick Google turned up that it's from ADS, for a 1886 305 TPI fbody, auto trans, "street" chip. I used the hand written numbers on the prom chip for my search, along with camaro.
