In Sweden (where I came from ), whe got a kind of "sniffer" test. Where the car idles and they take som mesures.
If you use a agressiv camshaft, is it possible to tune the lower VE and closed TPS timing tabels to make it more easy to pass test like that?
Then just swap chip on your way home?

 

Yes.. I'm going to do that next week, I did some playing around when I was at musclecars with their equipment and I got some good results, now I've tuned in the car alot more so I'll know how it goes soon...

Otherwise force it into go open loop and make it go lean to pass emission...

nice Yeah I tought about force it into go open loop also. And lower the timing. Then change the target A/F in the ecm.
