RPM Drop while logging at WOT?????!!
OK, quick question. My car runs strong. 11.8 @ 118 NA last time at the track. I switched to hooker long tubes from edel shorties and was checking the a/f ratio with my wideband. I noticed an odd thing: The rpm under WOT has ascending data points that drop rpm. Hopefully this pastes properly. Look at the 5850 rpm to 5650 rpm!! then the 6150 and 6000 one.
Does anyone else see this happening?
Wouldn't valve float or miss firing cause an A/F issue?
rpm %throt WB A/F
5175 99.6 12.57
5375 99.6 12.17
5425 99.6 11.59
5850 99.6 11.14
5650 99.6 11.93
6150 99.6 12.26
6000 99.6 12.26
6100 99.6 12.57

I posted something about that awile back. Was wondering if it was detonation or something. But Rbob suggested it's just the way that the aldl spit things out or something like that. So I just ignore it.....
