Tuning with a WB O2

I want to get a WB O2 in the near future. My question is How do I tune WB? Is it mostly for tuning to get 128 BLM or only for PE or both? If I use it for non PE should I go with what the WB says vs the NB? If that is correct and I change the VE tables to reflect the WB wont the ecm still try to correct to what it thinks the NB reads?
Thanks, I have been reading on this for a while but still a noob.

i have had mine(WB) now for a couple weeks. i worked on my VE tables past year without WB and see no reason to change them or reapproach them. the WB showed me i was way rich on AE. i have reduced AE now 3 times(10%, 5%, 5%) with positive results each change. WB confirmed my commanded PE at 12.7 to 13.0/1. that was set in constants at 12.75/1. my 02 sensor contionues to set my CL at 15/1 to 16//1 depending upon how much heat in my intake manifold. i suppose i could change that to 14.5/1 CL but car runs well at 15/1-16/1 and possibly fuel mileage is improved a bit. also running as bosch 02 so maybe that is why higher than should be. will reapproach my VE tables when the new cam goes in this month.
