From another novice tuner...
Your BLMs look alright though they all seem to indicate correcting for a lean conditon so you may want to add some fuel.
O2 also seems to like to hang around the lower numbers most of the time which can be seen if you plot it. Not quite sure what that indicates. How old is the O2?
One oddity I see is that you pick up knock counts but no knock retard. Anyone have any ideas on that? Either way once you get the BLMs in line you'll probably want to take a look at the knock. It looks to only occur under mid to heavy throttle so it's probably an AE and/or PE problem.

Well I was in a hurry when I posted the first time, had to go to work, I hate 3rd shift. Well I have what I consider a Bad MAF sensor, It stumbled and had a horriable hesitiation and set a Code 33, So when I took the datalog I had the MAF unplugged and car ran Good, and the Speed thing, I have a 85 and the VSS is on the back of the guage panel And I just had Gotten done cleaning up some wiring Which was uneeded Like Cruise Control and a few other tid bits of wiring So there was No dashboard in car or Guage Panel so that is why the Speed was 0.
I was pretty suprised at the BLMs considering that the maf was unplugged and it was in closed loop at Engine Run 415s
