programming software recommendations?

I have read the excellent articles here at ThirdGen/"Mr.Traxion"
talking about "WinBin" , "GMEPro" and "TunerCat".

I am wondering if anyone out there has experience with other software and/or can say something about these three mentioned in the article.

Thanks
