ALDL Cable and software confused??

Engine: 305
Transmission: 700R4
ALDL Cable and software confused??
Car is a 1992 camaro with TBI. Is this computer 160 baud, 8192 baud or both. Do I use a one or two transistor cable or does it depend on the software I use. I have downloaded WinALDL and Moates stuff. Also will the two transistor cable work with WinALDL. Thanks for the help.
