$60 w/ 3-bar MAP..where to purchase?

Can someone point me to a source that I can purchase a $60
.bin w/ 3bar setup? (305ci up to 20psi single turbo)

The $58 is out there with 3bar patch, but I've never heard of $60 with 3bar, yet...
