Now this is odd....

I've got my ZT-2 outputting the Narrowband Simulated O2 reading to my ECU, but it's reading over 1 volt, according to the datalog - but the ZT-2 datalog is showing that it's running a Lambda of .82?

Lamda = output voltage, correct?

Brains rather foggy from a lack of sleep at the moment but it sounds like your rich from the lambda value. I dont have a WB but the lambda should be a ratio of the actual afr to that of stoich. >1 is leaner then stoich, <1 is richer.

EDIT: think I had that back assward, or it was right the first time and now its backwards.

Are you suggesting that the oem O2 output of 1.0v would be .82 Lamda?.
If so, no.

If you mean that the simulated output is 0ver one, and the ZT is reading an actual of .82, then that maybe possible. The simulated output only needs to transistion across .5 to make the ecm happy, and the ZT might be interupting the voltages in a conversion from it's output.

Make sense?.
