ECM Change 747-165
I am tired of the quirks of speed density. What would it take to use a 165 mass air ecm to control a TBI setup. I know the ECM can physically drive the TBI injectors but I need to know more about the tuning side of things. Am I going to have to completely rewrite the code or is it something I can do in tunerpro?

The 165 was only used in a SINGLE TBI injector application, and only has enough driver to handle, ONE injector.
You'll probably have to write some code to get it really nice. Thou with only one injector, the performance might be lacking.
If the 747 is your stumbling block you might search for info on swapping to a much later PCM. The 747 was one of the earliest of the ecms gm used, and they've progessed in the last couple decades.
