Opening a calibration file, question?

Im using Tunercat right now and I also have Moates flash & burn. After reading the chip from the flash & burn and then trying to open the calibration file on Tunercat I get the following error message: selected source file is either corrupt or an unrecognized format. Any Ideas? Thanks in advance.

How big is the file? When I read mine for the first time the binary file was twice as big as it was supposed to be so the first half of the file was all zero's. I had to get a hex editor and chop off the top half and save it again. I could have selected the wrong chip size with my flash and burn, not sure exactly.

There are free Binary/Hex editors on the web, download one and open the file, see what you got, worth a shot?
