Not revving past 3700rpm
Well, I got the emulation working. And got some data logging done. Thanx to craig and magnus. anyway, I was driving around emulating, and no matter what bin I use, I can't seem to rev past 3700 rpm. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, all the same. I doesn't really seem to have any pull either. Anybody have any suggestions. I've checked all the mechanical stuff. I this were a carb or factory injection I'd be set, but now I am all custom, so I am having a hard time getting a tune. Thanx guys.

Yes, it is TBI. Fuel pump is a frame mounted Carter 5001. 195lph @ 22psi. I have a gauge and it is getting the pressure (15PSI) at that rpm. I have a vafpr, just haven't put it on 'cause I need to get the other spring for it.

Is it a stutter and no power, or does the power just fade away?.
Are the .bins you using known to be good?, have you tried reading the emulator, to make sure it's getting a good copy of the .bin?

O2 voltage is switching, little more lean than rich though. The bins are good I believe. I have tried 3 or 4 bins from diy-ecm. It does the same thing. It doesn't really sputter or anything, just goes to 3700 or so and falls on it's face, the power fades away. It won't climb any higher.

could be timing or fuel. If the O2 falls below .8 volts whne this happens then there is a problem with lack of fuel. As far as the timing, the knock sensor could be detecting knock. These ecms ahve a very aggressive knock control stratagy and itll pull nearly all the timing if it picks up alot of counts. remember that every knock count you see in the log is actually 256 knock counts due to the way its datalogged.
