Startup Enrich Decay Delay vs. Coolant in 6e -- Who uses it?

Hi guys, any factory 6E bins I have seen have the entire Startup enrich decay delay vs. coolant zeroed out. However, the startup enrich vs. coolant table has values in it. Why is this? It would seem the startup enrich vs coolant values are meaningless if the delay is zero. Has anyone played with these values?

I haven't played with what you're talking about, but it sounds like the "delay" would keep the value of the afterstart enrichment steady until the delay is over. Then it would "decay" to zero.

It's definitely not meaningless. The startup enrich table basically defines the height of the ski slope, the decay defines how steep, and the delay defines the length of the flat spot at the top.

RednGold, no. The decay delay table is not meaningless. I was wondering if the fact that the factory bins all having zeroed out startup enrich decay delays made the startup enrich table meaningless. There must be a startup enrich decay rate that TunerPro does not have that acts on the startup enrich values.

If the delay is zero, but the decay is not, then that just means it doesn't wait before pulling out the choke fuel.
