Fuel Injectors
I have a set of LT1 injectors and would like to install them on my 350 with a TPI. They have a different impedence than the injectors than came with the system. Will they work?

You may be able to use them. Attach an ohm meter on the connector leads and see what they read. Assuming you have a stock 350 TPI computer you want injectors that are 12 ohm to 16 ohms. I always ohm & visual flow test used injectors before installing them in a vehicle. Some people just put them in and try them and some send them out to be cleaned and professionally flowed. It is a personal call on that.
If the injectors ohm out less than 5 ohms they are probably designed for a non-TPI computer or are a bad TPI injector. If you have the part number you could try a google search. Some websites list the ohms and flow rate.

Thanks for the info. I've checked them and they are all 11.9 to 12.1. That is different from the stock 305 injectors that are currently in the motor.
Again, thanks for the quick response.
