Help with a 4th gen :)

Yup, a 4th gen in a 3rd gen world.

I have posted in other forums and have been told to come here, so here I am.
I'm new to Tuning my own car so forgive me if I ask a stupid question.
The reason I didn't sent my chip back to where I had it done is the guy never got back with me in 3 weeks and counting.

I have a 1993 Pontiac Trans Am with a LT-1/383 and a 6-Speed.
I just did a large came swap and I'm having Tuning problems that will drive a sane man

I have 2 different prgms for prgming:
Tuner RT
Tuner CATS & I'm using a DA3 ECM file
And I use the Flash & Burn from Moates
I use 27SF512 Chips and burn them in the top half of the chip.
I know that trying to help someone over the net is hard so I will make it a painless as I can.?!?

I will start off by telling you I don't have a data log file, I can't keep the car Idleing for nothing but I can send the bin file if you want to look at it.
IF I get the car started I have to keep my foot on the gas & @ 1500RPM or it will die right away.
It back fires throug the Exhaust and once in a while it will come out the Intake.
Here is what I have:
383 Stroker w 5.7 rods & 10.7:1 Comp
Went fron 24lb SVO's to 42lb SVO's
Went from a COmp 502 218/224 dur @ .050 .495/.503 lift w 112* LSA
To a Lazer CAm 226/232 dur @ .050 .568/.572 lift w 108* LSA w 6*Advance ground in to it Installed straight up like it is
Went from AFR 180's to AFR 190's
and I have a 52mm TB

I think I know what my problem is, I need to pull some timing out ?? of the set up that I had but I dont know how to change it so it's right or how much.

I have a place that said they would try but I need to bring them my stuff (Burner, Prgm, ECM File, BIN File) because they deal with *cough* Imports *cough* but can do my car maybe.
I did see a Dogdge Charger on there Dyno when I was there yesterday but any way if anyone can point me in the right direction I would be great.

I live in the Grand Rapids Michigan area if you are local and read this and can help?

With a larger cam, typically MORE timing is needed at the lower RPMs.
LESS VE (fuel) is needed at lower RPMs.
Higher target Idle speed is usually needed (+50 to +150 over stock).
The larger injectors require that the injector constants be changed to match.
Cranking fuel needs to be lowered to match the injectors, if that calculation is done via PulseWidth.

That's just the beginning... The rest is up to the tuner. Good Luck!
