speed to enable open loop idle.
mine is set to 3. i want to run OL at idle @ 0 mph. i assume under 3 mph i am OL on idle yet i see the flag for CL during idle at 0 mph? how can this be?

again mine is set 3.9 so i assume under 3.9% the OL controls idle. now that may be the issue ! my tps cannot be adjusted(1996 7.4L tbi). with the blade fully closed(and throttle stop screw not advancing) i am not .52 more like .59. does .59 equate to .50 divided by 4.5 volts = 13% tps ?
