So my USTR EPROMER 5 prom burner seems to have taken a ****. I can't get it to read my memcal. Does anyone in the Mid Michigan area have a prom burner that they can use to read my prom for me? It is an ARCR memcal for a '727 ECM.

I have Tunerpro and an Ostrich, but I need to be able to upload a stock bin file to start with, and I am having no luck.
