differences in EPROMS

differences in EPROMS
What is the difference between a 27c128 and a 27128? I have been using 27c128 for my own programing, but when I took apart an ADS chip I discovered that they are using 27128 eproms.

The "c" uses CMOS technology and takes longer to erase (grin) and the other doesnt
