I've got a new motor with the specs down below i will be putting on vortech heads and the sdpc manifold when it comes out is there an aftermarket chip i need to get or is there anyone who will burn it customly...

Vortech doesn't make heads...

You're right! GM does make Vortec heads ! But Vortech doesn't make heads! They make superchargers last time I checked

 

If you are looking for a custom chip then please contact a company that specializes in this like Ed Wright or TPIS or whoever. For more information please see this post.....
