Xtronics (P prog.)/DOS ver. software question

I am having difficulty programming my Eprom w/ the correct calibration ($32B). After I have supposedly burned the Eprom, I then try to open the .bin file in Tunercat to verify my "new" changes, but instead I get an error, which basically reads, "Can't open $FF calibration...."

Does anyone know what could cause this?

Thanks,
Neil

try looking at the bin with a hex editor, and see what location 0008 is.
FF would seem to indicate the prom didn't program.
When erasiing some proms go to all FFs and Pocket Programmer doesn't accept that as erased.
Kinda flying blind here HTH

Sounds to me that you don't have the calibration file in the correct path that the Tuner Cat program is looking for. Wish i could help but i haven't gotten the tunercat program yet. So i don't know all of the details of what goes where.. I'm waiting till the car is done and then i will be getting it.

Thanks guys for your replies! Tonight, I am going to try and program the chip again, so we will see what happens.
