I'm not sure if I did this right but I did see some numbers on the ALDL Values tab. 730 series ECM with a 350 cu in. I have a PCMforless chip just to get the car running and engine broke in. I've tried to use TunerPro with the old L03 I had but never got it to connect to the ECM. I finallt connected to the ECM with the 730 ECM.
Wierd things I saw.....Throttle postion was at 1.34 Volts at idle and it went down to .27 volts when I put it on the floor??
......BLM was at 108 at idle (which is rough anyways) it went up slowly as I held it at 2500 rpm.
.......Injector base pulse width is at .31 mSec
...........DO these numbers make sense? Or do I have something wrong with the program Tunerpro. There is a .bin file and xdf. file at the top of the screen and I'm not sure how to change them or get rid of them.

Do you have the correct mask for your ECM? Take a look at the stickies at the top of this page. There is a lot of good info there, to get you pointed in the right direction.
I'm a beginner myself, running SD on a 92 Z. Is your car MAF or SD? I'm not sure if MAF cars parameters are significantly different - but:
I think the throttle voltage is wrong - mine starts out about .6 and goes up as you open the throttle. You may need to adjust the TPS to get the starting voltage corrected, but that still doesn't explain the dropping voltage.
Your BLM's are rich, but the reading could be correct if you have modded the 350. A big cam will lower the vacuum, and "trick" the ECM into adding fuel. 128 is the target here.
Can't help you on the PW - don't have my car handy to check what it does.
TunerPro is a pretty user friendly tool, do a little research and I'm sure you'll get it figured out.

Something is definitely wrong - the TPS voltage is not supposed to drop when the accelerator is pushed. Either the TPS is bad or you have the wrong definition files like bubba was saying...

For your '89 TPI (if it's the stock ECM), you should be using 1227165_6E.ads (included with the TunerPro download).
'7730 is not correct for an '89. That's for a 90-92.

No its not a stock ECM, I'm running a speed density system, 1227730 ECM. I'm confused about what bin to use and xdf to use so I can record a datalog session. My car is running like crap after my engine swap.

Grab the super_8dm definition files, they work.Get the S_AUJP.bin if its an auto. With CCP or without, V1, V2 or V3 are available. remove Vats if needed, and go!
