WinBin Fields - Need help!
In WinBin under Values there are several Fields for MPH Low or High speed limit for gear Lock or Unlock. Is this referring to the converter lockup and which gears is it referring to by Low and High? Please clarify and Thanks!

Yes, these are the minimum speeds that the torque converter clutch is allowed to lock and unlock. Low gears are 2nd and 3rd (TCC can't lock up in 1st gear), high gear is 4th gear (OD).
