a little confusion in adjusting the air fuel ratio with the tech article...

I was reading in the tech article and stated the leanest condition is 3mV and richest is 1V.

Then it stated ideal for full throttle is .850mV-.900mV. Is that not lower than the leanest condition stated above at 3mV or am I understanding this wrong?

I reliaze that this is not the most acurate way of finding the fuel ratio but I'm going with what I got for now. I know it's running rich with my new 30lb injectors.(406 tpi) And it's showing between 600-900 mV at full throttle. And if it should be between .85-.9mV I take it I'm running bad rich. I just need some one to back me up on this.
appreciate your time...

What tech article are you referring to?

Tim

TRAXION's 1990 IROC-Z
Best Time = 12.244 @ 112.51mph (1.778 60' / 7.819@88.32mph in the 1/8)
All Natural. No Force. No Drugs. Stock Bottom End. Stock Body Panels.
Gunning for NA 11's with bigger cam, bigger stall, and bigger exhaust.

You are correct; it should read 850mV - 900 mV instead of .850 and .900, respectively. Tim, can you get that corrected?

I would recommend sending an e-mail to the webmaster (Dirk Timmerman). I don't have the rights to change the articles.
