how do I lean out a fuel map?

Well it is what it sounds like... my rig is just running pig rich and it won't even idle... it runs with a little gas but its real sluggish and sounds like its missing.... motor specs are in my profile. I might have fouled the plugs but I know its getting way too much fuel.

I am a newbie as you can tell.
