WINBIN or Others??

Is Winbin worth trying or should I spring for TunerCat? I am buring PROMS for a 88 and 89 Camaro.

Well you could "try" winbin, its very buggy but does get "some" of the job done for being free i could not complain. Much easier to turn vats off rather than opening up a hex editor.
