Calculating Injector flow constants?

How do I calculate the flow constants for the chip, lets say if I want to modify a 350 chip for use in a 305 car or maybe get larger injectors?

More specifically I'd like to know the flow constants for a 305, since one of my friends who is also experimenting with this has one...

I'm using Winbin for the moment...
