Hard start cold, Cam and MAF

Car: '89 Iroc Vert
Engine: 355 TPI
Transmission: T-5(for now)
Axle/Gears: 3.45 9 Bolt
Hard start cold, Cam and MAF
where should I look,
what should I try tuning first,
its a mild cam but I put it in 2 different cars 1 MAF, 1 MAP
both won't idle cold, MAF car doesn't like to start cold
