Picked up another ECM yesterday and everything works great!!! The other ECM was a fried potato. The car starts with a tough of the key now. Can't get Diacom to link though. I heard I need an F Body Vin to get it to link. Anyone have one? The car is running super rich at idle which is what I expected with my lower vacuum.

Just make up a Fbody VIN: Diacom doesn't really care about most of the digits.

The 7730 ECM that I bought off ebay was also faulty. Still waiting for a replacement. Seems as it is a common problem to get faulty computers. And the one I am talking about is a remanufactured unit!
