1985 corvette, 870 ecm, and tuner pro rt

Hi gang,

I have a 1985 corvette that I'm trying to get datalogs for. I have Craig Moates ALDU1, CABL1, and tuner pro rt. I have the .bin files for my vehicle as well as the 1F.xdf file. I have the ALDU1 set to the 10k resistor and the USB drivers installed from Craig's site. The com port on both my laptop and the software is set to COM3. I can't seem to get connected. I have an email into Craig about a possible problem with the CABL1 because when I do a cable test in tuner pro it says cable not connected or detected (8192 baud). If I leave just the ALDU1 connected than I get a connection established message. Does tuner pro rt not work with the 870 ecm? Other than the repinning of the harness to the 165 is their a software that will work with the 870? I have used WinALDL in the past however maybe it doesn't give as much info as tuner pro rt? Any help you can guys can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Chad
